Mirror Terms of Use

Mirror is licensed, not sold. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use. No title or ownership in the app is transferred to you.

You may not decompile, reverse engineer, modify, translate, or create derivative works based on Mirror. You may not rent, lease, resell, sublicense, or distribute the app or this license. You may not use Mirror for any commercial or unlawful purpose.

Mirror is a personal wellness and self-reflection app designed to help you track your mood, emotions, habits, and thoughts. It is not a medical service, mental health treatment, or crisis intervention tool. The app is intended for general personal wellbeing purposes only.

Mirror is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have seen in this app.

If you think you may have a medical or mental health emergency, call your doctor, go to the nearest emergency department, or call emergency services immediately. Reliance on any information provided by Mirror is solely at your own risk.

Mirror does not require you to create an account. All data you enter is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your device and keeping your data safe. We have no access to your personal content and cannot recover your data if it is lost.

Mirror offers a 14-day free trial from the date of first install, giving you full access to the app. After the trial period ends, continued access requires an active subscription.

Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis and are billed through Apple's App Store. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

Please note that if you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, the sale is subject to Apple's applicable payment policy. Refunds are handled by Apple and we do not process refunds directly. Cancelling your subscription will not delete your data — it will remain on your device.

All content within Mirror — including design, graphics, and code — is the property of Mirror and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

Mirror is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the app is with you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mirror and its developers shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from access, use, or malfunction of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of goodwill, or device malfunction. For subscriptions, our liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid for the most recent subscription period.

You agree to indemnify and hold Mirror and its developers harmless from and against any damages, losses, and expenses arising directly or indirectly from your use of the app or your breach of these terms.

We may from time to time release updates or modifications to Mirror which may add, modify, or remove features. By using the app you agree to accept updates as required. We shall not be liable for any inconvenience caused by changes made in accordance with these terms.

Your use of Mirror is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. Please read it carefully.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
